By appointment our Engineer delivers your computer and sets it up ready to use, up to an hour of time:

• Connect internet, power, monitor, keyboard, mouse etc
• Install your software
• Join your domain or other services
• Connect printer
• Move data from a previous computer (upto 30 min)

We find one hour included installation support time is usually sufficient. You need to ensure your network, printer and domain are fully functional and let us have your software (with license) and printer drivers on arrival.

Additional time, where required, is charged at our highly-competitive general support rate, on a pro-rata basis.

In the unlikely event of a hardware failure we repair your computer at your location at no cost to you. Full peace of mind, parts and labour included, for 12-months.

Software problems, training and user error are specifically excluded. These are charged at our competitive support rates.
